This was our first time dining at a Brazilian sushi place through a friend’s recommendation and were highly impressed! The vegetable tempura appetizer was fantastic and our 10 year old tried sushi for the first time (fried chicken) and is now a sushi fan! Their ginger was the best we’ve ever had and the service was fantastic! Highly recommend trying this place out!
Absolutely phenomenal sushi experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality of the fish was top-tier. The spicy tuna roll and salmon sashimi were standouts, but honestly, everything was delicious. You can tell they put care into every detail. This has definitely become my new go-to spot for sushi. Highly recommend!

I came with my daughter, and we both agreed that it is one of the best sushi places we have been in Orlando. Specially when it comes to the freshness of their sushi rolls. Staff was also very friendly. Only constructive feedback I would leave regarding the establishment itself is that for some reason they use some sticky cleaning products on the tables. So it felt really weird lol. Would be nice if they switched it the cleaning products.

From the moment we sat down, G was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He had great recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. What really stood out was G’s attention to detail and warm personality. He went above and beyond to make our experience special, and it truly made a difference. If you’re dining at Touken , I highly recommend asking for G—you won’t be disappointed! Our waiters name was Mariah, same name as me. She was very kind and attentive while serving us. Always checking if we needed something and making sure we were good. Food was delicious as always and waiting time was good as well. Overall, great experience!
